The Excel RV Tankless On-Demand Water Heater # EX93FR is not meant to be mounted outside but can be mounted pretty much anywhere inside of your trailer with the exception of a bedroom or bathroom. It just requires 3" of clearance on the sides and 8" of clearance above.
It does not have freeze protection but it does have an ODS in place that will not allow unit to operate unless ventilated with adequate oxygen levels. view full answer...

You'll need the Lippert Electric Trailer Brake Assembly # LC44QV and Lippert Electric Trailer Brake Assembly # LC64QV for the brakes.
